Project delays caused by the client may result in revised delivery timelines.
Changes in Scope
Any request that significantly differs from the originally agreed project scope may be treated as additional work.

- Additional pages
- New features
- Extra designs
- Additional integrations
- Major content changes
Such changes may require revised timelines and additional charges.
Revisions
The project includes revisions as agreed during project planning.
Revision requests must:
- Relate to the original project scope.
- Be communicated clearly.
- Be submitted within a reasonable review period.
Excessive revisions may incur additional costs.
Project Approval
A project or milestone shall be considered approved when:
- The client provides written approval.
- The client uses the delivered work publicly.
- No feedback is received within a reasonable period after delivery.
Approved work may not qualify for free revisions.
Intellectual Property Rights
Until full payment is received:
- All designs remain the property of NextWebCraft.
- Source files remain the property of NextWebCraft.
- Website ownership remains with NextWebCraft.
Upon full payment, ownership rights may be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-Party Services
Projects may involve:
- Hosting providers
- Domain registrars
- Payment gateways
- Plugins
- Marketing platforms
- External software providers
NextWebCraft is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, pricing changes, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.
Communication
All official communication should occur through:
- Phone calls
- Other approved communication channels
Project decisions based on verbal communication may require written confirmation.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:
- Business information
- Login credentials
- Marketing strategies
- Project documents
- Proprietary information
Confidential information shall not be disclosed without consent unless required by law.
Service Suspension
NextWebCraft reserves the right to suspend work if:
- Payments remain overdue.
- Required information is not provided.
- Communication becomes inactive for an extended period.
- Terms of this agreement are violated.
Limitation of Liability
NextWebCraft shall not be liable for:
- Loss of business opportunities.
- Loss of profits.
- Data loss caused by third parties.
- Technical failures beyond our control.
- Consequential or indirect damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement under reasonable circumstances.
Any completed work performed prior to termination shall remain payable by the client.
Refund eligibility shall be governed by the Project Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Changes to this Policy
NextWebCraft reserves the right to update this Service Agreement Policy at any time.
