This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted for courses offered by NextWebCraft Computer Centre.
By enrolling in any course, students acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Registration Fee
- Registration and admission fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Registration fees cover administrative and seat reservation costs.
- Once admission is confirmed, the registration fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

- Once classes have started, refunds are generally not provided.

- Failure to complete assignments.

Batch Transfers
In special circumstances, students may request a transfer to another batch instead of a refund.
Approval is subject to:
- Seat availability.
- Management approval.
- Course schedule compatibility.
The institute is not obligated to approve transfer requests.
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, students must:
- Submit a written refund request.

Verbal refund requests will not be considered.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Processing may take 7–15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on banking procedures.
Deductions
Approved refunds may be subject to deductions including:
- Registration fees

- Course materials already provided
- Any services already utilized
The final refundable amount will be determined by management.
Institute Rights

Limitation of Liability
The institute shall not be responsible for:
- Travel expenses incurred by students.
- Accommodation expenses.
