This Project Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which projects may be canceled and whether refunds may be granted for services provided by NextWebCraft.
By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, time, resources, and expertise are allocated immediately after project commencement. Therefore, refunds are subject to the stage of work completed.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Advance Payment
- Advance payments are required to reserve project scheduling and initiate work.
- Once project work has commenced, advance payments are generally non-refundable.
- Advance payments compensate for planning, consultation, design, development, and resource allocation.
Project Cancellation by Client
Clients may request project cancellation at any time by providing written notice.
Before Work Begins
If cancellation is requested before any work has started:
- A refund may be considered.
- Administrative and transaction charges may be deducted.
After Work Begins
If work has already started:
- Refunds are generally not available.
- Charges may apply for completed work, planning, consultations, and resources utilized.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after project approval.
- Delays caused by the client.
- Failure to provide required content or information.
- Dissatisfaction resulting from requirements outside the agreed scope.
- Project abandonment by the client.
- Completion of agreed project milestones.
- Services already delivered or consumed.
Partial Refunds
In rare circumstances, partial refunds may be considered when:
- A project is terminated before substantial completion.
- Both parties mutually agree to cancellation.
- Management determines that a partial refund is appropriate.
Any refund amount shall be calculated after deducting work already completed and expenses incurred.
Project Abandonment
A project may be considered abandoned if:
- The client becomes unresponsive for an extended period.
- Required information is not provided.
- Feedback or approvals are excessively delayed.
In such cases:
- The project may be suspended or closed.
- Payments already made shall remain non-refundable.
- Reopening the project may require additional charges.
Cancellation by NextWebCraft
NextWebCraft reserves the right to cancel or terminate services if:
- Payments remain overdue.
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- The client violates agreed policies.
- Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior occurs.
- The requested project violates applicable laws.
In such cases, refund eligibility shall be determined based on completed work and incurred costs.
Third-Party Expenses
Any expenses incurred through third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Domain registration
- Hosting services
- Premium plugins
- Software licenses
- Advertising costs
are non-refundable once purchased.
Completed Projects
Once a project has been completed, delivered, approved, or deployed:
- No refunds shall be issued.
- Any future modifications shall be treated as separate work unless covered under an active maintenance agreement.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact NextWebCraft before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension of services.
- Project termination.
- Legal recovery of outstanding dues where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
NextWebCraft shall not be responsible for:
- Business losses.
- Missed opportunities.
- Revenue loss.
- Indirect or consequential damages related to project cancellation or refund decisions.
Changes to this Policy
NextWebCraft reserves the right to modify this Project Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
